About Total Equine Reproduction

Total Equine Reproduction is the equine reproduction “arm” of CVC and involves our veterinarians, Andrew, Greg, Steve and Wes, in conjunction with South West Equine Centre. Together we offer a complete range of reproductive services and agistment.

All members of T.E.R. lend their own areas of expertise to the group. They offer comprehensive services in Artificial Insemination using both chilled and frozen semen. They are also offer Embryo Transfer programs and stallion collections.

Dr Andrew McKenzie and Dr Greg Darcy have both amassed many years of equine experience, and Greg regularly lectures at Glenormiston College on Reproductive Programs. Dr Steve Williams has worked extensively in the industry both overseas, and here in Australia. His dedication to the cause is exemplary. Dr Wes Allen has also been involved with the group in the past three years. Together the TER group services around 120 mares per joining season.

Robyn Noonan operates South West Equine Centre. She has over 30 years of experience in the horse breeding industry having bred Australian Stockhorses and more recently Warmbloods. Current facilities at S.W.E.C include a modern purpose built A.I. centre and foaling down barn with alarm and video monitoring, indoor and outdoor arenas and short or long term agistment in individual or shared paddocks.
