Camperdown Equine Reproduction is the equine reproduction “arm” of CVC and involves our veterinarians, Andrew McKenzie, Greg Darcy and more recently Nerida Evans. Together we offer a range of reproductive services and agistment.
All members of CER lend their own areas of expertise to the group. They offer comprehensive services in Artificial Insemination using chilled semen.
Dr Andrew McKenzie and Dr Greg Darcy have both amassed many years of equine experience, and Greg regularly lectured at Glenormiston College on Reproductive Programs. Whilst Dr Nerida Evans brings youth and current knowledge learning her skills during an Equine Internship in South East Melbourne in 2016. Together the CER group services around 60 mares per joining season.
Robyn Noonan operates South West Equine Centre. She has over 30 years of experience in the horse breeding industry having bred Australian Stockhorses and more recently Warmbloods. Current facilities at S.W.E.C include a modern purpose built A.I. centre and foaling down barn with alarm and video monitoring, indoor and outdoor arenas and short or long term agistment in individual or shared paddocks.
The team at Camperdown Equine Reproduction is enthusiastic about recent developments in equine reproduction and has a genuine commitment to supplying premium class equine reproductive work for clients from Western Victoria and beyond.
